College of Education, Bilaspur, Greater Noida is recognized to NCTE, Jaipur and affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut and also registered under UGC 2(f) & 12B. College of Education is situated on the way of Dankaur – Sikandrabad. The College has established in the remembrance of Pt. Mahi Lal Sharma by his son Mr. Suresh Chandra Bhardwaj, founder M.L. Sharma Shiksha Samiti in the melodious natural environment. The aim of established of Higher Educational Institute provide the higher and vocational education to intelligent and poor rural students to away from city. By which the students will be helpful in the development of creativity towards the progress of self develop and formerly, society and nation. Open environment of Institute is in the favor to get the education. Institution, itself is a teacher to all round development of students. This is the ground that is not subordinate any introduction. Guru Dronacharya had made his work field of this ‘Tapo Bhoomi’.
        Institute started from 100 students in B.Ed but by the God efforts of Management Committee, College of Education, Bilaspur achieved leap & bound here are many courses i.e. B.Ed. & M.Ed. and in those courses there are approximately 235 students. Today the Institute is certified by ISO and NAAC  (B+ with CGPA 2.84). The 2(f) & 12B certificate is also provide by UGC to this Institute. The credit of the progress of the college, leading towards the highest pinnacle, is provide to founder of the College Mr. Suresh Chand Bhardwaj, teachers, scholars and local citizens.
